Halo.If dreams were stars, and I could pick them out of the sky for you... I'd be plucking those shining white fragments out of the fabric of the night sky forever.Halo.
And I'd trap them in spiralled cages of silver wire, and string those onto thin red ribbon.
You could wear them around your neck, just above your heart, tight around your throat so that every time you breathed you'd remember that your dreams were there. Hanging from ribbon and just waiting for you to crack them open.
But then I think that the red would look too much like blood, the tight band too much like a garrote against your skin.
